Which type should I register?
Ans: The
definition of Consultant, Consulting Firm and Supplier below will help you to
identify which type you belong.
Consultant: A consultant is
referred as person who provides professional or expert advice in a particular
field or business to either an organization or individual.
Consulting Firm: A
consulting firm is referred to as an organization/company who
provides professional or expert advice and/or services in a particular
field/field to either an organization or individual.
Supplier: A supplier is a person,
company, or organization that sells or supplies something such as goods or
equipment to customer.
Can I register in multiple type?
Ans: Yes, but different
account creation is required.
How do I create my profile in the
system?
Ans: In order to create
a profile in the system, you first need to create an account with us by filling
the required information under SIGN UP. Once your account is created and verified,
please SIGN IN to complete your profile data.
I created an account, but the page
shows that a verification link has been sent. What should I do?
Ans: While you are on
the “verification email sent” notification page, please log in to your email
account (provided while registration) and follow the instruction sent in the
verification mail.
When I try to verify the email link,
the system shows “Unauthorised”, and I am not verified. What should I do?
Ans: Please make sure
that the “verification email sent” notification page is still open, and you are
not trying to verify the email from another browser or computer or Mobile.
I did not receive any verification
email. What can I do?
Ans: Please check your
junk/spam folder and ensure that the gizbd.org is not blocked in your security
settings.
I created account but did not receive
any email. I have checked junk/spam folder also. What should I do?
Ans: There is a
limitation of sending email in per minute. If you don’t receive any
verification email in 30 mins, please try to use “Request another verification
link”. In case this also fails, please write to itsupport-bd@giz.de to
activate your account.
What is maximum file upload size
allowed?
Ans: Per user account
allowed limit is 20Mb but a single file can be max 5 Mb.
Which type of file format is allowed?
Ans: PDF only
